At Mail on the Mark, every e-newsletter project starts with the development of a professionally designed, custom-branded e-newsletter blueprint. Our careful intake process will help you determine which type of content you want to include such as: articles, company news, events, coupons, case studies, samples, photos, etc.
Before we begin the design, we will need to see your current brand elements including your logo, web site, printed marketing materials, corporate color palettes or fonts (if they items are available). Don’t have all these things—that’s OK, we’ll help you out!
We pull together your brand elements with the content you want to promote and build a flexible, yet standardized format.
You will have an opportunity to review the design and layout and provide feedback before we finalize the blueprint.
The approved design will then be coded to be email-compatible HTML and put into our web-based system so that it is ready to be used to send out custom-branded emails to your target list.
As part of the e-newsletter setup we’ll also assist you importing your contact list. You’ll be able to upload an Excel file and/or manually add names to your list before sending your first email and at any time in the future. We’ll provide you with tips and information on how to make sure you are in compliance with anti-spam laws and how to maintain your contact lists.
Now, you’ll have a customized e-newsletter design prepared and a list of people to send your emails to. The next step is sending out your first newsletter! You can choose to do it yourself, have Mail On the Mark Send ‘Em For You, or even have us write, edit and send your complete e-newsletter.
